My experience with Valley Lexus was far better than my expectations! My wife and I were shopping around for our first family size vehicle. We had gone to most other car dealerships to test drive and select a vehicle. Every single dealership we went to, we met a version of the “stereotypical care sales man”. I caught each in multiple lies not only about the vehicles they offer, but also lies about other dealerships and cars. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Trevor Ravelli. He was very courteous, knowledgably about all aspects of cars, and just a good down to earth gentleman. He was able to answer all my questions, and we even left to go check out other vehicles after the test drive. He never put down any other brand, dealership, or type of vehicle. He just informed us on the pros and cons and allowed us to make up our own mind. He is the reason my wife and I returned and bought a vehicle. In this day and age, finding a sales person who looks out for the customer, cares about the product, and makes the experience a hassle free is exceeding rare. My wife and I are very happy with the experience, and I would highly encourage anyone looking for a Lexus to give Trevor Ravelli a call.

If you are in the market to buy a car this is NOT the place to do business. Full of excuses and stories. I am from out state. They asked for my drivers license and credit application to later tell me that their company policy didn’t allow them to sell a car out of state unless there was a wire transfer. When I asked why did asked for my driver’s license and credit application if they knew the policy there was no answer. Someone name Eddie M claim to be a sales manager was the one behind the back and forth nonsense excuses. The guys is so bad that they didn’t even know how to sell a car out of state. Said he was going to call me back and nothing. Then sends me an email talking about the company policy. Again, DO NOT DO business here. I had a horrible experience.

Just purchased a used RXL from Modesto Lexus. Gabriel and Victor were both excellent to work with. I highly recommend working with both. They knew the workings of the car and assisted with programming prior to leaving the sales lot. I even received the "red bow" experience - made the final phase of this transaction so much fun!!!

Jorge was my sales person and he was so knowledgeable. I loved working with him he made me feel so comfortable especially being a woman who knows nothing about cars. Everything about the experience was outstanding! Purchased a 2022 GX460 Sport Package from them and had it transported to Texas. Mark Abdishou was very helpful and made this transaction very smooth. No haggle in pricing and their pricing was as good as you will find anywhere as I have shopped for 6 months. Financing was easy. Very grateful for Valley Lexus!

Great dealership, excellent sales crew, great customer service. Water, tea and coffee available for refreshment but no snacks or snack machines 👎.

Gary at valley lexus is awesome. I purchased my car from LA, and after some time I got ppf done to it. Later on, I noticed some blue dots on my trunk. Not sure if the wind brought some paint towards my car , but I was upset and frustrated. I called Gary, and he took care of my car with their paint shop. They detailed it and buffed it. After that, I took the car to my friend's detailing, and got ceramic coating done to it for easier washes and sun protection. I was satisfied with Gary and staff. always making sure people at the lobby are greeted and welcomed. Thanks Gary for taking care of Mr, eventhough I didn't buy the car at Vallely lexus, and the reason is because your dealer did not have the pearl color is300 when I wanted. Thank you for your great customer service 👍 👏 😀
