Full of excuses and stories.
I am from out state. They asked for my drivers license and credit application to later tell me that their company policy didn’t allow them to sell a car out of state unless there was a wire transfer.
When I asked why did asked for my driver’s license and credit application if they knew the policy there was no answer.

Just purchased a used RXL from Modesto Lexus. Gabriel and Victor were both excellent to work with. I highly recommend working with both. They knew the workings of the car and assisted with programming prior to leaving the sales lot. I even received the "red bow" experience - made the final phase of this transaction so much fun!!!
Jorge was my sales person and he was so knowledgeable. I loved working with him he made me feel so comfortable especially being a woman who knows nothing about cars. Everything about the experience was outstanding! Purchased a 2022 GX460 Sport Package from them and had it transported to Texas. Mark Abdishou was very helpful and made this transaction very smooth. No haggle in pricing and their pricing was as good as you will find anywhere as I have shopped for 6 months. Financing was easy. Very grateful for Valley Lexus!
Great dealership, excellent sales crew, great customer service. Water, tea and coffee available for refreshment but no snacks or snack machines 👎.

Gary at valley lexus is awesome. I purchased my car from LA, and after some time I got ppf done to it. Later on, I noticed some blue dots on my trunk. Not sure if the wind brought some paint towards my car , but I was upset and frustrated. I called Gary, and he took care of my car with their paint shop. They detailed it and buffed it. I am SO impressed with Valley Lexus. Just received a short video from the service advisor on what they found and recommend. I have a bunch of reasons to not trust dealers or mechanics, and this video helps me push that skepticism back. I have an RX and GX, and find their parts people to be helpful and knowledgeable.

We just purchased our first Lexus with Valley Lexus and the experience was like none we’ve had before. Manny, Dane, and Kenny were top notch with their knowledge and customer service. They helped us narrow down what we wanted and was able to ensure we got just that. Chris in finance was also friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They all treated us like we were family and we feel happy to be part of the Lexus family.
I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we received all around at valley Lexus. Manny is the person who helped us and he went above and beyond what was expected. We will 100 percent be visiting Manny and Valley Lexus for our next purchase.

Took my car on the 11th for service, came back and car sat in my garage while I went on vacation. Took it in again on the 18th and then noticed a massive deep scratch on my rear side panel. Called dealer and they sent me the snapshot of the so called inspection they did. I asked for the snapshot from the 11th and MAGICALLY they didn’t capture that side of the vehicle. Had a great first experience in the service department. Elena Flores went above and beyond to offer personable and excellent customer service to me. I was very pleased with my interactions with every employee including the drive up service attendants, Ruben the technician and any other employee in passing I saw during my first experience. The service department is clean and well lit and offers free wifi while you wait. There was also coffee, tea and water for free which I did not consume. Overall an amazing first experience. Elena Flores (service writer) gave extraordinary Lexus service !!! I bought a 2013 ES from a private party in Modesto area and Elena helped me through the buying process by providing valuable service history on the vehicle. The seller encouraged me to contact your dealership for the information on the car I wanted. I was lucky to have Elena help. Having this enabled the seller and myself to settle on a fair price based on accurate vehicle information. Friend needed a new key. I dropped him off and was driving to find a parking place. I saw a woman running and waving her hands. My friend who uses a cane had left his wallet in the car. Staff is very friendly here and helpful.

I have been using your service department for the last year. From my first encounter with Elena Flores to the most recent, it is always class A service. I will recommend your service department to everyone I know. I also need to share how Fernando Cortes went out of his way to describe the service he did to my car. He listened to all of my concerns and brought my car back to how it drove when I bought it.
Very helpful, no pressure and I think I'll be buying a car there very soon.

Great people. I had a problem with the car not working with the key. They told me stop by and we reset it for you at no cost and they did. One of my fav sales person retired sad but it's life so happy for him.

After experiencing bad customer service at an auto shop I decided to take my Lexus here for a 2nd opinion. Let me tell you I'm really glad I did. I can't express to you enough how amazing the customer service was here. They were very friendly and helpful.
