Knowledgeable salesperson, Tevy. All questions answered, no pressure, made buying experience a pleasure. Would definitely recommend! The only drawback was the mountain of paperwork even for a cash purchase

Great experience all around! Josh was super helpful and friendly in getting my dream car ready for me, helping with my trade in, and making sure I had access to the drinks while I waited just the short time for Adrian to do my paperwork. Super impressed with everyone there! Drove from the East Bay and would do it all over again! Thank you for my new Lexus!

I do not like this review process being forced to provide a 25 word comments. With that said, the staff were all polite. I did feel uncomfortable in that only the service rep. and the man that met us at the drop off area had masks on at this time. No one else, like the receptionist and sign in person had masks on. And no one sanitized seating, the coffee bar or restrooms after other people used them.

Tunin my service consultant is wonderful. After my tune up there were two areas that needed to be taken cate of S we had watched them over the last few check ups. Rubin was able to set an appointment up right away,gave me a loner and by the following day at 2 my car was ready to pick up. I love the service and the employees at Valley Lecus

Answered any questions that I had in regard to my service and recall. However time when I called regarding an appointment and date available seemed longer than should have but I know these are very difficult times.
