My service advisor was Sam for my latest appointment. He ensured that my car was addresses promptly to identify my problem in the shortest time possible. He also made the extra step to ensure my battery was in top performance when my issue was a bad computer module that was causing my battery to drain. That little bit of extra care sold me on the dealership.
